Stir fry.....cut the veggies and meat up the day before. I found out from television programs that to do a stir fry correctly you cook each veggies seperately and then add back together at the end. That way your veggies and meat aren't soggy and overcooked! Ad rice you cooked the day before or before you start you stir fry and what a great quick meal. The best part is you can use veggies that everyone likes or doesn't like and suit it to your own tastes!
