I have made an Apple Quinoa Breakfast Bake twice this month. Freezes wonderfully, so have 6 healthy breakfasts ready for the week. It helps a lot on those busy mornings. Ingredients are uncooked quinoa, eggs, ff milk, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg , apples ( i have also used pears and pineapple).

used to replace rice in stuffed peppers, with sautéed mushrooms, and onions, tomatoes, and cheese..it was great! and without meat. :)

Vegetable stir fry quinoa, made with sautéed Roma tomatoes, basil, rosemary, spinach, broccoli, red, yellow and green peppers.
Combine and Sautée, sliced tomatoes, sea salt, basil, parsley, broccoli, peppers, with olive oil. Cook quinoa for 10 minutes, and add the sautéed ingriengents, together and finish cooking for 5 mins... Serve hot!

I use it for tabbouleh. Quinoa, chopped green onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, red onions, apple cider vinegar.
