It's no secret, anchovies are wonderful on pizza and everything else.

As someone who is allergic to seafood (anchovies included), this terrifies me. It's also why I ask at EVERY restaurant about anchovies in sauces and dressings. I also have to watch out for hidden oyster and fish sauce.

I love to use chicken and beef bullion to boost flavor. Another favorite of mine is stock, not broth, real stock. When a recipe calls for water, I use beef, chicken or vegetable stock.

Allspice! Especially good in spaghetti sauce or chili
A pinch added go your usual spices for beef, pork ,
Or chicken to your taste gives a sharp tangy hot without
The heat taste to everything!
