I cook quinoa with sautéed onions, jalapenos, and cilantro in my rice cooker using chicken broth instead of water. Serve smothered in black beans season with diced tomatoes, salsa, cumin, and a little chili powder. The combination of the quinoa and the black beans is amazing!

I like it for breakfast. I usually cut up an apple and throw in some raisins. It cooks quickly and doesn't need any sugar added.
