Wendy asks: What's your go-to quick dinner for a busy week?


wine and tomato braised chicken. brown the chicken (skinless boneless thighs or breasts, whatever you have), remove from pan, deglaze with wine, add diced tomatoes, a little tomato paste, and your fav herbs. add chicken back to pan. cook down until tomatoes are super yummy. all done!
