Allergy-free alternatives to kids’ favorite foods

I have a 3yr old with egg allergies and know how tough it can be to cater to one's dietary needs while getting their plate to look like their siblings. I found that log cabin pancake mix does not contain egg. Informative sites like this one help make that easier. Another good one is nutrition4kids.com. Thanks for information - keep it up!

In charge of snacks for VBS and need ideas for lactose intolerant children. We are serving yogurt "ice cream cones" and lots of the different snacks all contain some type of milk products. Help! Mary Smith

what about tomato allergies? my roommate has them i can't even have them in the house at all. what can i use to substitute them out? i also have a friend who is lactose intolerant and allergic to onions and green peppers. how should i cook for them?
