Sorry Hillary, but that is your big tip? Make 2 casseroles, freeze or refrigerate 1 and then eat it 3 days later? My family would never go for that.

Why would you choose a white sandwich bun for a healthy meal?

Cook and season twice the protein or main meal (eg, meat, lasagna, chili) on a night you are not as busy. Cool and freeze half for another meal. Or make two complete meals and refrigerate the second meal for the next day. When my kids were busy in sports, boy scouts, etc., I would make two complete meals and put the second meal in the fridge for the next night when time would be short.
