I'm not sure about a salsa recipe, but once you find a good one, take a deep baknig dish, and put a layer of salsa. On top of that, place a layer of sour cream. On top of that, put a layer of cheese. Repeat these layers until 3/4 of the baknig dish is full, then finish layering your ingrediants until you end with a layer of cheese on top. Place it in the oven until the top layer of cheese ismelted, and remove from oven. Have fun and enjoy!

I love jicama. You have to chop it up real small or use a food processor. For 2 cups of salsa, you only need about about a half-cup of jicama. Add it raw to the salsa. John Jentelson jpj4100@yahoo.com, Dayton OH
