I've never eaten it any other way than with mayo, but perhaps I'll give one of these a try

Unfortunately, hubby demands mayo. But lately, I've been sneaking in a little yogurt, gradually increasing it each time. I drain the yogurt in a paper towel first. So far, I haven't gotten caught.:-)

Tuna doesn't need a smidge of mayo! I add black beans, chopped onion and celery, a small hot pepper, capers and make a light dressing of olive oil, dijon mustard, agave nectar, salt and pepper. Tasty and filling, this tuna salad is wonderful for breakfast as it keeps you satisfied for hours!
