meatloaf. My new slow cooker came with a roasting rack so the fat dripped away from the meat. I'll probably make it like this from now on

The most unusual thing cooked in the slow cooker was a brownie...lol all i used to use it for was for beans and soups, but NOW!!!! im the slow cooker queen of the family!

fruit cake....the fruit cake is made with dry fruit instead of candied fruit. It was good making some more this year.

Chocolate cake. I was doubtful, but the recipe was in my favorite slow cooker cook book so I had to try it- it was really good!
