apples(an apple a day, keeps the high cholestorol away).grapes, cherries for arthritis it is a joint pain inflammation reliever, mango's full of iron..oranges with oatmeal yum yum. strawberries blueberrys peaches plums, prunes, soooooo good with greek yogurt and honey..kale a must for cancer prevention,,lettuce (wilted helps me sleep at night) onions, garlic, zuccinni, speghetti squash, cucumbers, mushrooms(remember do not crowd them and they will be so delicious)onions, I just pick things out that i like, for instance yellow squash,,onion, tomatoe, bell pepper,, cook slowly add garlic and little left over chicken..cook slowly add tumeric..so good to fight inflammtion..pepper..and a flaxseed pita or flat bread..put in in your mouth sooooo delicious...i want light low carb, healthy meals..you are limited only by your imagination....mineral water is my drink with a little lemon..it not only gets me away from soda's but I know since I have switched to mineral water my blood pressure has gone down 50 points..I am not a Doctor but it works for me..ask your doctor if you could try this.
