I USE BOARS LOW FAT LOW SALT CHEESE---- OR SARGENTO LOW FAT CHEESE --- I PUT SMART BALANCE LOW SODIUM SPREAD ON THE INSIDE OF THE BREAD AND TOAST IT IN THE TOASTER OVEN. DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOS. I ONLY USE 1 OR 2 SLICES OF CHEESE AND SOMETIMES 1 SLICE OF TOMATO.

I spread a piece of bread with mustard, place some thinly sliced tomato on the bread and cover the tomato with cheese. Then, I put it on a cookie sheet and grill it under the broiler. It is really good.

u can have a brick foil wrap to way down ur grill cheese sandwicth in ur pan

When compressing a grilled cheese sandwich, instead of all the cans and another frying pan aa
I use a medium sised sauce pot and filli it with water, that will give it enough weight to acheive the same reasults. <>Stan
