I take my blood pressurse on getting up...ave 116-124...64-70 then I start the day with 2 Arginine, 2 Bone Restore and one Arthro-Immume Joint Suipport caps with 8-10 oz of water, Then I use my Chi Machine (Sun Harvest) for 15 minutes. I then follow that with 12-14 minutes of floor exercises finishing with 5 pushups. Using my Vita Mix, I make me a breakfast smoothie using the following ingredients. Soy milk, peach or strawberry yogurt, two tb olive oil, two tb honey, add a 1/2 cup of oat meal, 2 tb cinnamin, then shake in the following kelp, ginger, celery seed, chlli powder and curry powder. then I add different fruits, (Strawberries, figs, banana, blueberries, etc.) then add 6-10 ice cubes I take about 10 to 15 vitamins all purchase from Life Extension. Also 4 to five ounces of kombucha tea which I brew myself. Takes about 10 to 12 minutes to make.this smoothie
I can go till about 4 o'clock when I eat my next big meal after my golf game.
No drugs, BMI 23.7 Glucose 95, cholestrol 160.. Age 86.6 Real age 68

I have a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a shake of some sort with fruit, sometimes yogart and sometimes instant oatmeal, whatever I have around I put into the shake, sometimes almonds for extra protein.

The opening line about not having time for breakfast is an oxy-moron statement!!!! How many people use this excuse? They dash out of bed, into the shower and leave the house - only to sit for 20 minutes in the drive through getting a "cup of coffee and take out edible toxic waste product"!!!!! Bah
Eating on the run is a poor time management excuse. (Yes I had 4 children close together, a husband and myself worked shift work. We never succumbed to drive thru or take out. Now grandchildren preach the importance of good food...)
Go to bed 1/2 hour earlier, set the alarm 1/2 hour earlier put your coffee on a timer - SIT and enjoy the coffee AND your home made breakfast. Your life will be better for it!

I llike Instant Breakfast. It makes great smoothies. Just add frozen fruit,yogurt, ground flax seeds, etc. and blend. One can use any kind of milk to instant Breakfast and it dissolves instantly.Instant Breakfast has sugar and non sugar added and comes in different flavors.My grandson drinks a glass of it before he goes to school because he doesn't like to eat early in the morning. He feels full until lunch and he gets his nutritional needs met for breakfast.

Usuallly not on the run.
But when I am i take a handful of walnuts and 5 dried apricots........ after 3 oz of Zrii (or OJ if I'm out of it) Need to take the juice when I take my blood pressure pills..................

Can't believe what she is advocating for breakfast. Obviously jn thrall with. These food companies. No cereal bar in a wrapper is healthy. Yes to omelettes etc for breakfast.

I defrost two pieces of Ezekiel bread (made from flour from sprouted grains), add a thin spread of Almond butter and grab a not over ripened banana or a pear to enjoy before with the the bread.

I'd like to find so easy/grab and go type breakfast items that are lower in carbs than the norm. Any suggestions?
