Hi I love all the recipes that you have submitted. But for a dieting Mom could you please add the calorie
content, grams of sugar, carbs, fats etc. This would be very helpful as my teenage daughter is a diabetic
and the rest of the family is dieting. Thanks! Dieting Mom (perpetually)

Yogurt, Taco Chicken. Always easy and quick. Can be made with Mayonnaise to be crispier, but the yogurt gives a tart taste that is always refreshing.

My FAVORITE eating well recipe so far is: Warm Chicken Sausage & Potato Salad. It is delicious, healthy and so fast to make! LOVE this one. We make it once a week after going to the gym. We used to get takeout because we were too tired to cook, but this one is fast and easy enough that we can whip it up.

Baked chicken, but every week we change it up with different seasonings (garlic powder, pepper, etc.) and juices (lemon, or soak it in buttermilk) to spice it up. We just tried it with a tomato on top, so good! It might look pruned up, but it was so tasty! Awaiting to try with tomato juice!

Go to dinner on a busy night: a rotisserie chicken with corn tortillas, avocado, queso fresco and salsa verde. Easy, and delicious!

Wonderful! I added some leftover chicken breast strips to my husbands dish and he said it was "over the top". We will definitely have this again.
