5 fresh, healthy ways to dress up plain ol’ pasta

Nice ideas! One of my favorites is the simplest: I use whole grain pasta, and toss with dipping-quality olive oil, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and fresh Parmesan. I keep an eye on the portion though.
