I save money by buying only what I need. Depends on what is on sale and I come out with a total of $167.00. It's better than $300.00 like it used to be. We have plenty of food to eat. So I save over $200.00.

planning your meals ahead so u have a rough idea how much u will be saving.buy non perishable kitchen items in bulk ,often its cheaper.compare prices on the shelf with the same related products. by making list of things u going to buy saves time n money.
