These are some great suggestions but they don't do any good without a tried and tested recipe. I have to wonder why there were no recipes attached with this article. Like everyone else says "Where are the recipes"?

I use fat-free Greek yogurt instead of milk and cream, but I don't change the amount of sugar in the recipe. It allows the flavors I use (whether fruit or vanilla) to shine through. My husband used to work at a local dairy, and he can't believe my ice cream is fat-free. Our favorite is mango banana rum topped with toasted coconut.

For vegans or vegetarians instead of gelatin guar gum can be used.

Do you put the buttermilk, condensed milk and gelatin all into the mixture or are you just referencing three separate ingredients that could be used but separately? Thank you!

I am diabetic and I HAVE Found a Sugar Made from what protein. They have a Ice Cream sugar which is
healthy And less Calorie That taste exactly like Sugar.
