I use fat-free Greek yogurt instead of milk and cream, but I don't change the amount of sugar in the recipe. It allows the flavors I use (whether fruit or vanilla) to shine through. My husband used to work at a local dairy, and he can't believe my ice cream is fat-free. Our favorite is mango banana rum topped with toasted coconut.

These are some great suggestions but they don't do any good without a tried and tested recipe. I have to wonder why there were no recipes attached with this article. Like everyone else says "Where are the recipes"?
