after a busy day of work ,we deserve a mouthful of a healthy yummy food over our table.to ensure that we still eat a healthy dinner, a healthy meal,we savor more for a raw vegetables ,make it a salad,with additional dressings to have a great taste somehow,a cup of fruits,a handful of nuts,and a piece of whole wheat bread,. in addition to that ,if you are craving for a healthy drinks o smoothie,to feed your thirst,just grab a cup of pineapple juice which helps for more convenient digestion...a great dinner,makes us full and healthy.YUmyum!!!!

I cook ahead on the weekends. I usually make a large serving of a type of vegetable to complement whatever I decide to make for dinner throughout the week. I can heat up chicken or turkey sausages, veggie burgers or even scrambled eggs quickly
