Gorgonzola/Honey crostini - thin sliced baquette, lightly toasted. Add crumbled gorgonzola and a drizzle of honey. Toast for several minutes and serve right from the oven.

All low carb, diabetic recipes are greatly appreciated since my husband is diabetic & my stepson is ADHD!!!!!!! Sugar is not something used in our household for sure. And - I don't need the calories!!!!!
