I do a day in the kitchen when the price of red peppers is low and make jars of red pepper jelly, and closer to Christmas, I make REAL Pannetonne with lots of fruit. Also my fresh antipasto is a winner with my friends. I do not need to go to the big shops and spend thousands of dollars. Bonnie J.
