Your Plan is FANTASTIC!
Love especially: Friday is NOT the same meal as Thursday micro-wave cooked.
Will subscrie to 1600 cals for me on Friday...including the Pumpkin pie at some point...
the green salads and left over turkey.
EXERCISE (Treadmill) 1 hour on Thurs morning while watching Thanksgiving Parade and Friday while watching a Football game...
I am THANKFUL for your website and GREAT SUPPORT....
Do not want to gain back the 30 lbs I have lost this year...
