I HAVE TO READ LABELS FOR CARBS AND SUGARS, I HAVE TO WATCH MY TRYGLYCERIDES . I PUT RANCH DRESSING ON MY SALAD, SHREDDED CHESSE, GREEN BEANS, SOMETIMES OLIVES...THATS ABOUT IT...I USE ROMAINE LETTUCE AND BABY SPINACH LEAVES..

Low fat or rinsed cottage cheese is nice--if you're skipping the creamy dressings it gives you a bite of SOMETHING fattening tasting at least!!

I like imitation lobster, feta cheese and some chicken. With these, I skip the salad dressing completely.

We love spinach salads with dried cranberries, pepitas, broccoli, red pepper slices, a bit of fresh shaved parmesan and raspberry viniagrette dressing.
