this diet really does work and i love the 1,200 calorie diet!!!!!

This is what my regular daily diet consists of -
Breakfast: Porridge with skimmed milk, honey and cinnamon
Lunch: Bowl of fruit salad with Greek yogurt or a natural cereal bar, vegetable sticks
Dinner: Salmon with vegetables and lemon or scrambled eggs or home made barley soup or home made stir fry
Evening snack: Porridge with skimmed milk, honey and cinnamon or vegetable sticks

Porridge with milk & honey for breakfast.
3 weetabix in with milk as a nightime snack.
approx 600 calories.
Bowl of beef barley soup with veggies and half a Multigrain sandwich for lunch.
