During the summer months, I prefer a cool parfait breakfast of non-fat, sugar-free fruit yogurt, layered with a small diced jazz apple, sprinkled with low fat granola. During the Fall and Winter months, I love a warm bowl of oatmeal, flavored with sugar-free maple syrup, and a small diced apple, or dried cranberries.

One of my favorites is a whole grain English muffin w/ peanut butter and slice apple on top
Another, is Mother's Best Shredded wheat w/ blueberries on top, skim milk
Once in a while, I eat a citrus salad, Baby spinach and pink grapefruit, then use the grapefruit juice and a splash of balsamic vinegar as the dressing

I like to saute frozen collards in a squirt of olive oil. Then I push it around the edges of the pan and put an egg plus a white in the middle. I break the yolk and mix it lightly then push the collards on top. I keep pushing it toward the center of the pan aiming for a circle the size or a little larger than a 100 calorie thin bagel. When nearly set I flip it and turn off the stove. When it is finished cooking put it on the bagel, top with stone ground spicy mustard, and put the top on. Yummy and so good for you especially when you use the 100% whole wheat bagel.

A mashed sweet potatoe with yogurt, honey, walnuts and diced fresh fruit.
You can add fresh ginger for flavour or rose water.

Any thing with blueberries. I just simply love those little berries. Usually I have blueberries with cereal or oatmeal. I also like cottage cheese with cantaloupe and blueberries. Oh I forgot blueberry panckes are the bum! Jacquie.Atlanta GA

A sandwich made of one toasted Thomas Bagel thin, 1 T. natural peanut butter, half a sliced banana, 1 T. chopped nuts and 2 tsp of smuckers simply fruit strawberry. Yum!

I love my whole wheat english muffin with an egg, sliced tomato and a piece of low fat swiss cheese. That is typically my breakfast each morning.
I also enjoy taking a couple slices of wheat bread again putting sliced tomatoes and then a piece of low fat swiss chess place under the broiler until the chesse bubbles...Yum.
This morning being Sunday I made buckwheat pancakes with blueberries another healthy meal.

I like cheese toast.. of course I love cheese! And then I do like scrambled eggs,
and toast.. and a little bit of sugar-free preserves/jam... nice.
I have to watch my sugar intake, so I stick with a small orange... or some
blueberries, instead of juice...
