My favorite healthy breakfast is omelettes. Those egg omelettes are pretty delicious. You guys should ask this on that new social network www.Formvote.com though

M'y favorite breakfast is..2 fried eggs in butter, served on top of whole wheat bread toast, and a full pot of green tea. ..and a hand full of raisins. Voila!

Oatmeal no sodium no sodium dark bread peanut butter no sodium .berries.on oatmeal,
egg whites coffee 16 oz water no suger or other

I EAT STEAL CUT OATMEAL WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES, RAISINS, WALNUTS, FRESH CUT UP APPLES, BROWN SUGAR, MAPLE, BUTTER, AND CREAM. IT KEEPS ME FULL FOR 5 HOURS AND THAT SAYS ALOT FOR ME SINCE I ALWAYS AM SNACKING.

I love a morningstar veggie sausage on a mini whole wheat sandwich thin and a fruit salad or grapefruit.

I really like to fix a grilled cheese, using two pieces of fat free cheese, two slices of 40 calorie wheat bread, 2 slices of bread and butter pickles and I spray my bread with butter spray and cook in a skillet sprayed with spray olive oil. It is delicious and really sticks to your ribs.
