Fruit smoothie (plain yogurt, banana, frozen raspberries, orange juice) and a slice of toast with peanut butter.

Red river cereal. A hot Canadian standby contains cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked and whole flax. Takes 10 min on stove top. Add br sugar or honey and milk. Wonderful. !!!

one slice of fresh pineapple. and a cup of tea with low fat milk.
