I EAT STEAL CUT OATMEAL WITH DRIED CRANBERRIES, RAISINS, WALNUTS, FRESH CUT UP APPLES, BROWN SUGAR, MAPLE, BUTTER, AND CREAM. IT KEEPS ME FULL FOR 5 HOURS AND THAT SAYS ALOT FOR ME SINCE I ALWAYS AM SNACKING.

Oatmeal no sodium no sodium dark bread peanut butter no sodium .berries.on oatmeal,
egg whites coffee 16 oz water no suger or other

M'y favorite breakfast is..2 fried eggs in butter, served on top of whole wheat bread toast, and a full pot of green tea. ..and a hand full of raisins. Voila!

One cup of fresh blueberries, four strawberries, one banana, one cup of plain non fat yogurt.
one slice of fresh pineapple. and a cup of tea with low fat milk.

Red river cereal. A hot Canadian standby contains cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked and whole flax. Takes 10 min on stove top. Add br sugar or honey and milk. Wonderful. !!!
