I had whole wheat toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter, a cup of raspberries, and a hard boiled egg. Is that to much?

i have 2 boiled eggs and a handful of walnuts for my breakfast followed by 1 fruit .

Low carb = low cal. That's why it works. Plain and simple. When you remvoe one whole macronutrient from your plate, you reduce your calories by approx 1/3rd. Was nothing to do with food type. You can lose weight eating pasta, or rice, or yams. So long as you run a calorie deficit. I eat lean protein, carbs, fat. I just eat less and I exercise more. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and kept it off 2 yrs now. Eat from smaller plates. Ur eyes see a full plate, but ur eating less. Go walking too

I eat two eggs heated in the microwave, two pieces of toast with butter and a touch of jelly and I lso have a cup of coffee with on equaal and a touch of dry cream and sometimes an adding of an apple to it all

I don't like to eat breakfast, so I do a smoothie, 1 cup fruit, 1/2 cup tart cherry juice, 1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt or greek, 1 TBSP chia seeds & scoop of protein powder, (22-26 gr of protein, 4-6 gr. of fiber,30 gr. carbs & 4-6 gr. of fat. The addition of chia seeds help me feel full longer because they absorb liquid & expand to help you stay full.

All these choices are great and yeah breakfast is the main meal if I don't eat through the day I make sure I have breakfast or I will end up feeling more hungry!! And also breakfast raises you're metabolism the choices made on here is brilliant I would advise porridge as its packed with vitamins and eggs are full of protein also good for men who drink them
