My favorite quick, go-to breakfast is half a bagel, lightly toasted, topped with a greek yogurt/cream cheese combination made by Green Mountain Farms. (It comes in a dark blue and white tub, and it's hard to find, but it's delicious and has less calories than regular whipped cream and actually tastes better.) Then I top that with sliced avocado, a little Kosher salt and some pepper, and yum!

I eat 2 eggs with a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast drink.

3 eggs, bowl of fruits (blueberries, apples, strawberries) 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese and water to drink. Great morning meal at only 370 calories.
I switch it up at times with:
1. bowl of fruit, muscle milk (strawberry cream is my favorite) 260-300 calories (depending on how much fruit)

I have a Fit &Active egg muffin with turkey sausage and cheese. 260 calories and 18 grams of protein, and they are delicious and heat in the microwave in 2minutes. They are even better than Jimmy Dean Delights and I buy them at Aldo's.
