When I have time I have an egg white omelette with low cal spray sunflower oil. One slice of gouda nicely melted in the middle for the taste. A banana and a cup of coffee. If I am really hungry one slice of wholewheat toast aswell. and that't the days main meal.

Have porridge at least 5 mornings, always made with water, but pour over 3 portions of fruit. I don't feel hungry until at least 4-5 hours later.

I am only a teen and sugar is AWESOME but i am currently very skinny and trying to stay that way.....What is a great breakfast lunch or dinner for a picky eater like myself..........Fyi I LOVE FRUIT!!!!!

I will not eat cerial in the mornings, because I do t like drinking milk
I don't even have it in my cups of tea.
if I am going to eat anything in the mornings, it will be a peach, or an apple or any other fruit .
I if d that helps me a lot.

I eat a mix of homemade granola (not too sweet) with another high-fiber, low-sugar cereal such as Grape Nuts or Uncle Sam's. Really filling and tasty. When I need a change of pace, I'll have oatmeal (made with half skim milk/half water), topped with toasted pecans, diced pears, a few raisins, and cinnamon.
