I have a plain bagel with cream cheese, one egg and a small 70 calorie plain yogurt along with a cup of sugar free coffee is this ideal?

1 c oatmeal, 1 banana, cinnamon & 1tb of chia seeds sprinkled on top. Yum

I eat oatmeal each morning as part of a dietary approach to keeping my cholesterol in check. I don't like sweets first thing in the morning, so I developed a savory vegetarian preparation that is quick and delicious as well as healthful.
-- ! C. water
-- 1/2 Knorr vegetarian bullion cub
-- splash of lemon juice
-- frozen chopped spinach, maybe about 4 oz (whatever shakes out of the bag)
-- 1/2 C. of quick oats
-- splash of olive oil
-- lots of freshly ground pepper.
Left over cooked or fresh vegetables can be added, as can a sprinkling of parmesan.
All done in less than three minutes and keeps me going for hours.

i will fix me a cup of coffe w/little cream & 1 /2 tsp of sugar. 1 cup of oatmeal-maple&brwn sugar.
made w/water. or i will eat an egg mcmuffin. or wheat crackers w/peanut butter. depends how i am
