Homemade muesli...oats, natural bran, wheatgerm, nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds....with a blob of 0% greek yoghurt and a few raspberries or prunes! Im full for hours! Or 2 pieces of toast(usually fresh spelt and rye) with a tin of tomatoes, dashed with worcester sauce! All low in fat and calories! Delicious!

A bowl of Oatmeal with some chopped up apple a tbs of frozen blueberries and tsp of local honey, 1 glass of Lemon Water. 1 hard boiled egg.
The next morning, 1 Nutribullet spinach, carrot, Frozen pineapple and frozen strawberry, Chia Seed drink, and a 1/2 Flat Out banana and almond butter wrap. Then repeat
