i use to drink fruit juice only but when I´ve just waken up i drink water just a few glasses

cereals are very nutritive and delicious

Make sure it is plain yogurt, because yogurt with fruit in it has more calories than a soft drink.

Always have strawberries, banana, satsuma and natural yogurts with a fews nuts, cinnamon and a little honey, every morning, sometimes fruits a bit different for instance melon, pineapple, blueberries.

Hi,
I eat 1 slice of bread
1 glass of milk
1 fruit and 2 almond, 1 pistachio, 1 hazelnut, 1walnut

I have started making pea protein shake with kale and banana in the morning. Holds my appetite down and I feel better.

cereal, and poptarts are good to fill you up in the morrning, because when i wake up in the morrning i sont usually have a large appatite so something small like a poptart or cereal will fill you up :)
