1 c oatmeal, 1 banana, cinnamon & 1tb of chia seeds sprinkled on top. Yum

If I forget to eat breakfast I start to feel hungry quicker and as the hours go before my lunch time I feel the need to eat more food as I feel hungrier, if I eat breakfast I don't eat as much for my lunch. Simple :)
