I am a "young" 67 y o female that now has a blood clot in the foot/ankle? I have to really push myself to excersize normally and now that I have this clot, I think I tend to baby myself too much. I am up to 204 pounds do to the meds I was put on in the last 3-4 months. I am no longer on them but have put on 14 extra pounds due to that. I live alone and really need encouraging and have to push myself.

Love the salad but I'll skip the fennel next time. I put in less than recommended and it's kind of over powering.

Would it be possible to include a shopping list for the 7 days? I'm pretty time pressed and gathering all of the recipes and ingredients is time consuming. i think a lot of people would benefit from have a ready made list available. :)
