A huge hearty salad. Lots of different greens, i.e., baby spinach, arugula, cabbage, with tomatoes, red onion, avocado, grated carrot, and grated Mozzarella cheese, topped with any vinaigrette dressing. I've even added a few homemade croutons for extra crunch. This will fill you up quickly. I drink a glass of water prior to eating this and drink water with lemon as a side while I eat the salad.

A bowl of homemade lentil soup made with a little added turkey sausage and lots of fresh veggies (celery, onions, carrots, diced tomatoes, and spinach), a WASA Multi-Grain cracker with hummus on the side, and crisp apple slices sprinkled with cinnamon----- Mmmmmm I'm in heaven!

I have a tin of soup 5days a week..no bread, only eat bread at the weekends.i find I feel better plus im loosing an average of a pound a week...im 58 and find this the easy, ist way too loose weight. ?..

its true! I actually tried this out I was totally full after soup while with a sandwich, I didnt quite have that full satifaction.

My favorite lunch is fish soup, rice and lax, sushi, fish and vegetables, salad, chicken soup and lastly fruits. I eat different Food everyday during lunch even though most of it consist of fish. So far I have lost 3 kg's and I am glad.
