secret to share with you...start you breakfast at 11 and eat every two hours
...BUT whatever you shall eat it should be the size of your palm...meaning
no more big dishes of rice. soup or that extra piece of cake..dont eat anything
This diet has promised you not to put pressure on your stomach and yet
keep you satisfied...just drink more water (1.5 - 2.5 litres) and walk for an hour
and do yoga finyasa (with sadie nardinie on youtube)...
and i grantee you that you will DROP THOSE POUNDS....wanna know more

To clean my apartment and do load of laundry is easy enough. It is something that has to get done anyway so I take full advantage of it. Sometimes when I'm really busy I wear my pedometer and it's really quite nice to see how easy it is to shed the calories. After work I'm too lworn out to head to a gym or take a run. So I do the next best thing: I tidy up. Put things where they go, and though not pleasant of a job, cleaning a litter box is beneficial too. I live in a little apartment where you gotta walk around the other side to get to my car. I burn 3-7 calories just walking out to my car! I burn about 20-50, depending on the pace, just walking to my mailbox.

when I the lights are on and someone says "Can somebody turn off the lights," I volunteer too. It not only burns a calorie or too, but also gets the job done. If you live with anybody, and they ask you to do something like pick something up for them, or if your a teenager and need to clean your room, you'll be burning calories without even realizing it!
