Move around. Take a walk around the block as often as possible. Have portable exercise equipment at work, I.e a jump rope, free weights, resistance bands or mini stepper. Don't be tempted by work birthday celebrations or other 'treats' on your colleagues desks. Say 'no choice' and get engaged in a project. Remind yourself these 'treats' are mistreats. Pause, take s few calming breaths and ask yourself 'what am I thinking, what am I feeling and what do I Really need right now? Text a friend and say 'danger-cookies in the kitchen' if you need support. Press 'reset' immediately if you go off plan. If eating is stress related or due to emotional overeating, you may need to talk with a professional who specializes in these issues.
