Those eggs and cheddar cheese in the high-protein meal provide more than 400mg of cholesterol - more than a day's worth of dietary cholesterol by morning. Not a great idea from a heart-health perspective.

A lot of people don't eat because they are hungry though, they eat through boredom, habit or just something to do (myself included) so eating this size of breakfast would make me larger!
