Yuck!...why can't the list include pizza, beer and cake?

I thought that having over 100% of any vitamin is dangerous.
Its a proven medical fact that carrots can cause blindness.
You should warn people before claiming something containing 400% of a daily value a power house.
What if they start taking 4x the recommended vitamins?

Added to my grocery list.
I already eat an apple everyday - religiously. Love sweet potatoes and green beans. These will be an easy fit into my meal rotation.
