I think that this is just an ad. I've seen the same thing in several different places with different names. N.B. the 'supposed' newspaper has no masthead, don't know where it's from etc.

Every morning at 7:30 am I eat 2 scrambled eggs with the yolk or 3 scrambled egg whites and one slice of sugar free, whole grain toast for breakfast and I am satisfied until lunch time with no snacking necessary. Also, bananas are a healthy choice for knocking the "in between meals" hunger but make sure you eat fruit alone, 2 hours before or after a meal; or so I have been told and it works for me. And another trick is to have one boiled egg without the yolk and with mustard or plain 30 minutes prior to dinner help deter over-eating.
These work for me.

I have 1/2 c of old fashioned oat meal with 1 snack box of raisins, 1 oz of chopped walnuts, one Gala apple and lots of ginger and cinnamon. I have to remember to eat and it's usually six or seven hours later unless I stay on top of it. Besides being extremely filling, it's extremely good!

Nice article. Some nice tips. But I just finished reading an eye opening weight loss report by Stacie Sandler on news 7.She personally tested two of the best selling weight loss products in America and wrote an honest review. I was so shocked by the result of test after I finished reading the report because she revealed some of the hidden secrets in weight loss industry that the pubic will never know.
I strongly recommend you read the report because it will tell you how to really lose weight instead of losing your money on those products that won't work! You can read the report here:http://news7report.yotrendz.com/health/

Judging from the short list of weight loss foods, I am er particl to apples and sweet potatoes. Som friends think I have picular tastes when I will eat a sweet potatoe with a litle margerine or buter and cinimon. I would like a more extencive list of healthy weight-loss foods. Thank you.
