asparagus just simply roasted with salt pepper and olive oil, eat a few stalks before a meal and it fills you up. Also snap peas blanched in salted water.

Hi , the foods that fill me up the most are red meats , but water does the trick every time if I drink it or any type of fluids, beside wine I fill up very easily. Why is that? And should I drink when I eat any meal in my case.

Oatmeal or 7-grain hot cereal. Don't know what it is, but even though I try to always eat SOMEthing for breakfast, this particular breakfast carries me thru to lunch with no problem. Works every time.

Foods that fill you up and help you eat less include any very fiberful veggies and fruits, such as any type of beans, citrus, and greens (broccoli, spinach, lettuce)
