Kerri-Ann asks: What healthy tips can you share to cut back on calories?


Go against your mother's advice and eat something that will 'spoil' your appetite about 30 minutes before a meal. I have found a handful of baby carrots, an apple or some grapes are very effective at taking the edge off of a ravenous appetite. This allows you to eat less at your meal- rather than pigging out, but still feel satiated.
