Tip 7: Make a meal plan.

Don’t get derailed when a sudden hunger attack leaves you unprepared. Plan your meals and snacks ahead so you know what healthy choices to make without second guessing. Use the EatingWell Menu Planner to plan menus and create shopping lists (you can also use it to track your weight and journal about your experience).
