Diet Challenge Tip 3: Calculate Your Daily Calorie Goal

Should someone use their current weight or goal weight? Is this the number of calories to eat to lose weight? If so, at what rate should one expect to lose weight? Is there a minimum number of calories below which you should not go? If using current weight, how often should we recalculate to continue losing weight?

Is this simply the calculation for women? Doesn't age matter?
