It also seems like very slow weight loss for the seriously overweight. I'm on a healthy diet that's about half the calories that formula recommends. I don't need to feed my fat, just my lean body mass that's underneath it. LOL

I am trying to loose 5 pounds and has not being easy.
I am exercising everyday, 45 mins cardio one day elliptical the other day ranning and some weights
My daily menu is:
A glass of water before breakfast
I glass of body by vi shake with bananas and non fat milk.
A mango or apple in between meals
Lunch- sometimes another shake or breast chicken with steeled vegetables
Dinner - filled fish and streamed vegetables or or 3 boiled eggs with the yoke.
And I am not loosing weight. For over 30 days, I am still 125.40 pounds.
I think I have serious problem with my metabolism. It's what the personal trainer thinks.
Please tell me what to do.
