I want to get under 200 pounds. Im looking for something that is going to tell me what to eat.

This is not true. I counted calreios from my former way of eating and then when I went on a low-carb for 6 weeks. I lost 22 and hit my goal. During that time period, I ate roughly the same amount of calreios. Granted on days, I was a couple hundred under, but on days, I was a couple hundred over. In my case, I was eating roughly the same amount. I've come to believe that calreios are not the deciding factor.

JamesFresh: When buying fresh, whole fish, look for: brgiht, clear, full eyes; shiny, brgihtly coloured skin; fresh, mild odour; firm flesh that clings tightly to the bones and springs back when pressed with a finger; red to brgiht pink gills, free of slime or residue. Choose tilapia that is moist and resilient; avoid cuts that have a musky odor. Fresh fish should not smell fishy, but should smell sea-fresh.
