Diet Challenge Tip 17: Have Some Yogurt

I find that Greek Yogurt is tasty, creamy and boasts a great profile of healthy bacteria. It's also got great versatility as a base for all kinds of fresh food ... from fruit and honey to vegetables and meat. Side dish or main dish ... it doesn't matter.

By contrast, I urge my patients to avoid pre-flavored yogurts that are so prominent on the produce shelf.
