Tip 12: Use an Oversized Fork.

A University of Utah study found that bigger bites lead to eating less. Research also found that holding your fork in your nondominant hand (i.e., your left if you’re right-handed) will also slow you down, which helps you consumer fewer calories. It might also make eating incredibly awkward, so you can stick with the bigger-fork tip for an easier way to eat less!
