Great articles and advise for every one . Being a diabetic I have to eat this way . Anything inbetween is a waste of time . Some people can't afford to eat good . Everything out of a can is poison , even if it says low sodium or no sugar added . Fresh or frozen is best . I start the day with one half a squeezed lemon in water and then have a protien smoothy with frozen berries at noon . My main meal of the day is usually fish or chicken with a salad . The first 80 years are the hardest , so you get a lot of chances to get it right . Thanks for all your great articles ! Paul Tremaglio Cleveburgh , Ohio The mistake by the Lake !

"Eating more produce can help you slim down because produce is low in calories and high in fiber." Wow! Really? Gee, what a revelation. Don't know why someone didn't think of that before. You're a genious.
