I was 43 years old, I met a lady at church, and she told me what to do to detox. what to eat, or not.
and it went like this; this is a all natural detox, and can be located at a health food store. I first had
to drink 3/4 of a cup of olive oil, (best to plug nose, and go fast) After that, lay on your left side, and
let the oil do it's thing, cleans out your inside's after 1-2 hour roll over, and soon you will need
to go to the bathroom, all or most of, the bad food, will start coming out, slowly as you continue the 7'day detox. I ate vegetable broth, grapefruit, a salad, a few others I can't recall. And plus I took a lot of natural herbs and vitamins. In one month, I lost 100 mg of cholestrol, only 10 lbs, but it was the nasty stuff I lost. Now carefully eat some foods, and much water, you can find a list of the good foods anywhere, and I strongly recommend going to your local heath food store. they are not cheap, it's usually more expensive to eat right also. Please let people know, that vertigo meneres disease,that it can be controled,dont give up.
Keep sodium under 1000 mg learn! You can do it. Get no sodium bread,no sod,peanut butter,
skim milk,egg whites, low sod,cheese,alpine lace. Stay away from soups home made ok,serving.only.
Read,read,and learn.i did it so can you.good luck
